Helping dog owners connect through joyful and safer walks

Pawspot is a mobile app designed to make dog walks safer and more social by connecting nearby dog owners through walk posts and shared profiles. I led the full UX process from research and insight synthesis to MVP definition, prototyping, and developer handoff. 

By narrowing scope early based on real user pain points, and focusing on trust-building interactions, I delivered a lightweight, scalable solution that simplifies walk matching and encourages repeat engagement. As we move into development, I’m continuing to collaborate closely with engineering to ensure seamless execution and future-ready design scalability.

My goal was to design a product that builds trust from the first tap — a warm, intuitive, and community-driven experience that feels approachable even for first-time users.

Improved the website for buyers to easily find and trust B2B food products

Redesigning ByAsia Food’s Website, a B2B Food Import & Export Platform. ByAsia Food is a leading importer and distributor of packaged Asian foods across Australia, partnering with major supermarkets and retailers. However, the outdated website no longer reflected the company’s modern distribution scale or its credibility in the wholesale market.

As the sole UX/UI designer, I led a complete redesign of the website to:
              • Rebuild trust with retail buyers through modern design and clear information architecture
              • Simplify product discovery with streamlined categories and mobile responsiveness
              • Improve the conversion path for B2B inquiries and order-related communication

The result: a conversion-focused platform that positions ByAsia Food as a professional, scalable supplier in the Australian market.

The original ByAsia Food website lacked a clear user experience for both product exploration and customer inquiries.

Users were often unsure how to contact the company or resolve issues, leading to frustration and a negative perception of the brand’s professionalism.

Product listings consisted of only basic images with minimal detail, and no filtering or categorisation, making it difficult for retail partners to browse or compare offerings efficiently.

Designed logo and packaging for a konjac jelly brand sold at Woolworths

Bubble Me is a flavoured sparkling dessert brand targeting Gen Z and young Millennials. The brand originally suffered from inconsistent visuals, unclear identity, and low recognition across packaging and digital touch points. This project demonstrates my ability to deliver end-to-end branding, from strategic identity design to real-world product launch and market integration—proving that I can design not just for pixels, but for people and profit.

To reposition the brand and prepare it for mass retail distribution, I led the complete rebranding, starting from logo design and style guide, to the packaging of 3 jelly flavours and 3 ice cream products.
